Generally civil procedure focuses on how aggrieved parties can resolve their disputes either through a formal court process or alternative dispute resolution.

Learning Outcomes: 

At the end of the course, students are expected to have;

  1. To file the correct court documents.
  2. To file cases in the proper courts.
  3.  To indentify the proper parties to a case.
  4. To manage interlocutory proceedings.
