Course Description & Objectives: 

This course will provide a broad understanding of Uganda’s and international regulations of industrial relations, drawing on the historical basis for the regime as well as developments over the past and current as streamlined in forestry factories and industries.

Learning Outcomes: 
  • Students should be able apply the knowledge obtained to manage employees with reference to the laws of the state.
  • Students should be able to apply the skills acquired in basic legal procedures of corporate transactions in managing forestry related firms.
