The course covers the legal aspects relating to the contract of sale of goods. It covers the rights and obligations of the party to contract of sale of goods. It also gives the legal options where a party has failed in his/her or its obligations.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the course, the students should be able to:

Articulate the fundamentals relating to the contract of sale of goods.
Identify obligations of parties to a particular contract of sale of goods.
Advise on the proper course of action where a party has failed to comply with the relevant obligations in a contract of sale of goods.
