The course will cover the following: typologies of organisations and institutions; theories and concepts of organisational development; farmer organisational development and empowerment; theories and practices of organisational and institutional change and adaptation; partnerships and networking for organisational performance; negotiation, lobbying and conflict management; organisational support systems and enabling environment.
