The course addresses the physics of basic physical concepts of electronic devices.    

Learning Outcomes: 

By the end of the course students should be able to:•     Understand the behaviour of electrons in electrical and magnetic fields in materials.•     Understand the design and operation of diodes and bipolar junction transistors.
