The course discusses present problems in Africa linked to ethnicity like ethnic political problems in Somalia, Rwanda and Burundi. Religion and ethnicity (Uganda: Lakwena/Kony): problems of revival of traditional institutions, customs, culture in newly re-installed Ugandan kingdoms.
