The course is intended to equip students with knowledge about the importance of research as a tool to provide information to solve environmental problems. It introduces students to the research ethics, relationships between data collection and statistics, data analysis all of which are intended help them in carrying out research while on Field Attachment and in their future careers. The course shall also equip students with skills to collect data, prepare and present reports to a given audience
