The theoretical underpinnings of the major practice skills, including cognitive skills, interpersonal skills, administrative skills, skills in mobilization client systems, skills in resource mobilization and management, and skills in institution development.  The application of these to various practice settings, with special reference to developmental social work in Uganda.
