The following specific criteria shall apply:
a) A second class honours degree in economics or its equivalent from a recognised university;
b)A second class honours degree with economics as one of the subjects or its equivalent and
c)A second class degree in statistics, quantitative economics ,business administration and management, sciences and engineering or its equivalent.
