The construction management Ph.D. program allows students the opportunity study and conduct research in a particular area of interest within the field. Students of a Ph.D. in Construction Management degree program will be required to complete a certain number of core courses. In some instances there could be as few as two courses; at other times four or five core construction management courses are required. However, students must complete a larger number of construction management elective courses that focus on their research interests.
