The general objective of this programme is to build an environmental management capacity with practical orientation needed to conduct different levels of EIA and to ensure sustainable development in Uganda and the region. Applicants must posses a university degree or its equivalent in the physcal,Biological,Health or Humanities courses from a recognised university or institution of higher learning.
