Course Description & Objectives: 

The course introduces learners to the concept of democracy in the religious education context. It explores justice and peace in religious education. The role of women and in the democratization process in the educational perspective. Conflict resolution and peace making in religious education. 

Learning Outcomes: 

By the end of the course students should be able to:

  1. Explore the needs for counseling services using RE approach.
  2. Examine outstanding skills in counseling in different situations
  3. Describe the values, concepts and processes in counseling.
  4. Analyze individual personal development.
