- An introduction to hospitality services available in East Africa such as hotels, lodges, hostels, guesthouses, tented camps, resorts and other private catering facilities.
- Objectives of hospitality services; profits; sales, great satisfaction, enhancing the image of accommodation facilities front and back of the house.
- Service standards and classification criteria of hotels.
- Additional services including recreation game viewing, laundry, safety and security, medical, special requirements of the handicapped.
