Course Description & Objectives: 

This is a practical course that exposes the students to real legal and court room practices.  It covers the skills and procedures that are necessary for legal practice.  It enables students to learn by participating in real cases as advisors, defendants or plaintiffs.

Learning Outcomes: 

At the end of the course, the students should be able to:

  1. Interview clients and give advise on legal problems.
  2. Prepare presentations and arguments for particular cases.
  3. Manage legal aid clinics.
  4. Explore alternative dispute settlement resolutions applicable to a particular case.
