Course Description & Objectives: 

The course attempts to give a clear understanding of the rudiments of educational planning - what educational planning is, educational planning theories and models conventional approaches to educational planning and major phases in the planning of nay educational programme is essential for a prospective educational planner in both the public and the private sector.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Course Objectives:

  •        To give an overview of Educational Planning
  •        To outline educational planning theories
  •        To outline use of some of the common planning models
  •        To introduce to students conventional approaches educational planning
  •        To outline stages in educational planning
