Course will take the form of special topics in Criminology and Criminal Justice, e.g. the Death Penalty. It will involve tutorial for individual students and review of literature on a particular topic. A student and member of staff can jointly work on a project for publication. In addition, student field research work activities. Students in criminology major will be attached to specialized government departments and private organizations. (This course is similar to Independent Study in Sociology and Anthropology).
