- The essentials of a valid contract; offer and acceptance intention to create legal relations.
- Terms of contract, consideration, form. Capacity of the parties, reality of consent; vitiating factors: mistake, misrepresentation, duress an undue influence,
- Contracts uberrimae fidei and illegality.
- Discharge of contracts by performance, agreement, frustration (subsequent impossibility), and breaches operation of law.
- Remedies: damages, injunctions, and specific performance. Limitation of actions, privity of contract and assignment of chose in action.
- Hire-purchase contracts, bachments.
