Course Description & Objectives:

This is an introductory to Educational Administration and Management. The course is intended to equip teacher trainees with an understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of educational tasks in Uganda’s Educational System.

Learning Outcomes:

To acquaint teacher trainees with issues and concepts that is involved in the theory of educational administration and management, so that they can be able to relate them to Uganda’s educational system.
To improve the teacher trainees’ potential by developing their administrative insights in the field of educational administration.
To enable teacher trainees to competently perform administrative tasks at the level of management in Uganda’s educational system.
