This course equips students with basics of legal issues affecting the engineering contracts. It covers law of contract and tendering. Course Objectives:

Understand the law of contract and tendering process.
Manage the tendering process and contract.

At the end of the unit students will be able to: . Understand in outline how laws are made, how the legal system is structured and the context in which legal disputes are resolved.
