Course Description & Objectives: 

The course is designed to provide students with the ability to carry out a comparative analysis of management styles of multinational firm operations. Students will also study international joint ventures, aspects of import – export management and problems of multinationals. The course will help the students to achieve the following objectives:     Understand how to carry out a comparative analysis of management styles of multinational firm operations

  • Explain the impact of government relations on multinationals
  • Explain proper multinational firm strategies for decision makingidentify problems and solutions of multinationals.

Students should be able to
