Course Description & Objectives: 

The course is divided into two sections. The first section concentrates on the history context of the evolution of the media. The second covers contemporary conceptual and practical issues that affect the media. Through the course, students trace the effects of the spread of information from early writing and examine issues and concepts regarding the modern information society.
