This course examines projects; planning the time scale bar charts, network analysis, CPM procedure diagrams, scheduling of resources, conditions of interrelated events scheduling sequence work breakdown structures; introduction to operations research and its application in construction; productivity in construction, review of work study principles and techniques with case studies in construction; flow charts and string diagrams and the application in construction site management.
