Course Description & Objectives: 

This is a practical course done in third year by students majoring in physics. It is a purely electronics practical course, and it covers elements of analogue and digital electronics. 

Learning Outcomes: 

By the end of the course, the student should be able to:

  • Apply the theoretical principles acquired in class to experiments;
  • Connect more sophisticated electronic equipment;
  • Discern equipment most appropriate for a given practical problem;
  • Write comprehensive laboratory reports;
  • Differentiate between Analogue and Digital systems.
