Course Description & Objectives:
- Definition of Islam Sharia, detailed study of its sources and historical background of its development, analytical study of Islamic schools of thought (Mazahib), application of Sharia, i.e. prayers, fasting, Zakka and Hajji.
- Human dealings and relations, e.g. marriage and divorce, partnership, rent lending criminal law and its application, haram (the forbidden), etc.
