Objectives1. The student shall learn about the philosophy, principles, culture, components and tools of quality.2. They will understand thoroughly the Uganda Quality Assurance programme of the Ministry of Health.3. The student shall learn in detail the National health policy, the health Sector strategic plan and the health care delivery system.4. The student will learn the tools and methods of participatory rural appraisal and stakeholder analysis.5. The student will learn about resource mobilisation and equitable resource distribution.6. The student will learn the principles and the laws governing public procurement and disposal of public assets.
