Course Description & Objectives: 

With increased globalization, companies are facing stiffer competition and successful companies cannot afford to harbor inefficiencies if they are to be competitive. Furthermore, customers are becoming more demanding. Business processes must be designed to ensure that they are effective and meet customer requirements. A well- designed process will improve efficiency and deliver greater productivity.

Learning Outcomes: 

On completion of the course, students are expected to develop and  demonstrate  knowledge  and  understanding,  skills  and  other  attributes  in  the following areas:•     Knowledge and understanding: Information Systems modeling in business, Business Process Management Systems, Systems Implementation and development, Enabling IT tools and technologies..
