Course Description & Objectives:

This is a continuation of the study of law of civil procedure under LAW 4110. It covers the later part of court procedures especially judgments, appeals and enforcement of judgments. Prior understanding of Civil Procedure I is required.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the course, students are expected to:

To invoke the most appropriate procedures in terms of efficiency, time and costs.
To follow judgments and accomplish total execution.
Seek and negotiate effective out of court settlements.
