Course Description & Objectives: 

In this course, the students will learn about various computer software and data handling techniques. Data management using different computer software will be taught. The students will learn and practice data capture, data management, data editing, and basic data analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.

Learning Outcomes: 

By the end of this course, the students should be able to:

  1. Demonstrate competency in the application of basic computer techniques
  2. Demonstrate competency in the application of different computer software to the handling of health data
  3. Demonstrate proficiency in data management, data editing, statistical analysis planning and execution
