- Stains and principles, Common stains, staining, fixation embedding sectioning, histochemical and frozen sections. Mixing solutions and fixatives.
- Processing and embedding, blocking sectioning, sharpening, histochemical and frozen sections.
- Principles of electron microscopy.
- Principles of selected stains.
