Course Description & Objectives: 

The course is a continuation of Law of Business Association I (LAW 4113) and concerns itself with the management of private companies and the formation and management of cooperative societies and partnerships.

Learning Outcomes: 
  1. The main objective is to complete the study of Company Law that was covered under (LAW 4113).  At the end of the Semester, the student will have a full grasp of all issues concerning management and dissolution of private companies.
  2. The student will also be expected to fully comprehend the procedures and laws relating to the establishment and management of partnerships and cooperative societies.
