The course covers constitutional law principles with particular reference to the 1995 Constitution of Uganda.Course Objectives

1. To enable students to understand the Constitution of Uganda in entirety.
2. To understand the organs of Government.
3. To know the human rights and freedoms and methods of enforcement.
4. To know the role of the Constitution in good governance and development.
