Provide some initial insight into the impact of management of construction industry and real estate organizations and how the principles enunciated apply to real estate management. Organizational theory, functions of organization structures, structural configuration of organization and design, span of control, organizational development; organizational conflict and conflict resolution; organizational change; technology; size; and organization – environment interface. Introduces the concepts of communication, team management, leadership and management style. It gives an over view of aspects of industrial psychology.
