PUBLIC PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

The course provides the fundamental principles and practices of public procurement. It also makes a detailed analysis of the difference between public sector and private sector procurement, public sector procurement policies and procedures, government institutions and their consequences for procurement professionals. The course covers an over view of disposal management, the different forms of disposal; the emerging issues and future trends of disposal management are emphasized. Course objectivesThe course will help students to achieve the following objectives:
