Research and Dissertation

Dissertation research will start during the third semester of study with proposal writing and presentation, and will continue throughout the 4th semester.  The Dissertation will be worth of 10 CUs and will be assessed following the grading system stipulated in the SGS hand book (August 2008).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Objectives:

1. To allow students to design, implement and defend research work in a given area of molecular biology and biotechnology.
