This course focuses on planning policies and regulations, fundamentals of sustainable zoning and land use regulations and planning standards.
At the conclusion of this course students will demonstrate:1. Fundamental Land use zoning Skills – Ability to apply basic organizational, spatial, structural, and constructional principles to the conception and development of land use plans2. Knowledge on basic planning regulations.
