The course provides the theoretical foundations of educational administration. It explores the nature, theories and practice of educational administration and management.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course, students should be able discern deep and wide issues about educational administration as a field of study. Particularly;

Examine the basic theories and principles of educational administration, and management
Distinguish between leadership and management
Identify the major management approaches and their applicability in the management of educational Institutions.
