The position of these components within urban fabric and their inter-relationship with spatial and growth needs. Transport systems and their role in urban development. Introduction to city growth theories and condition of cities growth pattern in developing countries. Urban land use pattern, mixed land use controls on urban land development. Consideration of control system and procedures.
