Course Description & Objectives: 

This is an advanced   study of the structure and function of the head and neck  exploring  the many complexities of the human organism and how it’s put together. It  also looks into disease (pathophysiology) and how it manifests itself inside humans.

Learning Outcomes: 

At the end of the course the trainee should be able to acquire:

  • Crucial knowledge of the gross anatomy, histology and embryology of the head and necessary for their Clinical work
  • Skill in identifying tissues and cells of the head and neck structures
