The course gives a deeper understanding of the feedbacks between the gonads and their steroid secretions on one hand and the influence they have on central brain centers as well as understanding the treatment of neurobiological brain disorders.
At the end of the course the trainee should be able to relate the influence of steroids on brain and peripheral nervos functions and drug interactions with steroids in management of surgical patients.
