Course descriptionThis course will introduce the students to basic biostatistical methods and concepts used to analyze and interpret data in the health sciences and related fields. It will also emphasize application of these methods. 

Learning Outcomes: 

Learning outcomesBy the end of this course, the student should be able to:

  1. Describe the biostatistical methods and concepts used in health sciences
  2. Demonstrate competency in applying the biostatistical methods in the analysis of health data
  3. Demonstrate competency in the correct interpretation of scientific findings and health information
