The course is a build up of Clinical clerkship III.This is an elective period to allow the trainee improve in any related medical or surgical area of his choice to the programme. The trainee will choose 2-week rotations in cancer institute, intensive care unit Hospice Uganda, Ear, Nose and Throat, Neuro-surgery. At the end of the rotations, the trainee will be expected to write a report on his experience and have it endorsed by the head of the unit or section. Timing of the rotations will be flexible.
