Health related issues in Physiology.
Unit 1: Concepts in health policy, planning and management.
Unit 2: Management of personnel in a health care organization.
Unit 3: Introduction to concepts in health economics and financial Management
Unit 4: Management of material (drug, medical supplies, medical equipment, transport and health infrastructure).
Unit 5: Informing systems and basic performance indicators.
Unit 6: Medic0-legal aspects of health care management and regulation.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course, Students will be able to:-

Outline the health policy and System.
Lead the process of preparing strategic and operational plans for their organizations.
Work with and supervise other health workers.
