This course give an in-depth understanding of the concepts of supervision and inspection, encourages reflection on and exploration of teachers and supervisors’ behaviour. It enables the students to compare old and modern methods of supervision and analyse the correct, effective and appropriate implementation strategies in varying contexts. Finally, it covers an analysis of supervisory operations and assessment of inspection/ supervision tools to enable students draw up their own.
