This course is designed to impart skills of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in animals

Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of the course, the candidates should be better prepared to lend their expertise to veterinarians, country agents, and other agricultural experts in areas relating to animal care and management of disease. The candidate should able:

To be able to formulate compound and dispense vet medicines
To appropriately address public health concerns of drug use in food animals
To manage common veterinary diseases

To appropriately select drugs for the management and treatment of selected veterinary diseases

To recommend and promote rational, safe, and effective use of vet medicines in treatment of selected veterinary diseases
