The course is designed with a practical approach, to provide the students scientific principles of production/improvement, management and sustainable utilisation of ley and natural pastures and fodders. The productivity of livestock is influenced by the quality and quantity of feed consumed. The demand for livestock products is on the increase due to the ever increasing human population.
