Course Description:A foundation course to provide students with an understanding of tourism as a discipline and as a business. It introduces the principles and concepts in tourism and elaborates on the different tourism products and organization. It gives the necessary hospitality management background and development trends in the tourism industry.  Course Objectives:

  • Explain the concepts of tourism products and tourism organization
  • Understand the main features of a successful tourism product
  • Expose students to the field of tourism and hospitality management
  • Understand the trends in the tourism development industry
  •
