Course Description & Objectives: 

This course introduces students to the challenge for project managers and coordinators to acquire unique skills and techniques appropriate for planning and managing viable and sustainable projects in a more efficient and effective manner. This course explores strategies, processes and techniques necessary to plan and manage sustainable and successful projects. This course will cover various processes and phases pertaining to project planning and management from the initial to a completion stage (planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation). A variety of planning and management tools and techniques such as SWOT/Gantt, LFA, etc will be interrogated in order to enhance student’s ability to be professional project and programme managers.
