Course Description & Objectives: 

Management of qualitative data (e.g. editing, organizing, and sorting); Processing qualitative and quantitative data (coding, data entry, data exploration); analysis and interpretation of data; scientific presentation and reporting of data.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            objective:

  • The course aims at equipping students with skills and knowledge in managing, analyzing and reporting scientific data.
Learning Outcomes: 

By the end of the course students will have;

  •  knowledge and skills in processing and managing both qualitative and quantitative data
  • knowledge and skills to use statistical analysis packages like SPSS to analyze and interpret quantitative data
  • knowledge and skills to analyze and interpret qualitative data
