Course Description: The course provides knowledge on the available technologies applicable in tourism. It also equips the students with skills for the application of the various technologies as a means of developing and improving the management and efficiency of the tourism industry.   Course objectives:

  • knowledge of information technology
  • Ability to differentiate between levels of information processing
  • Acquire Skills on internet and Office technology
  • Acquire Skills in e- tourism/business
  • Knowledge on different Global Distribution Systems (GDS) in Travel and Tourism
