Business psychology deals with the management of human resources in an organization. The course will provide students the basic concepts, principles and practices of business psychology some times referred to as industrial psychology that include; employee/occupational attitudes, managing individual differences in organizations.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Objective:

  • To introduce students to principles and the practices of business psychology

 

  • To expose students to the nature and interaction of individuals, groups, in organizations.
  • To introduce students to an integrated approach of using research findings and behavioral science concepts in dealing with behavior of people in work situations.
